No amendments nor cancellations permitted. When booking Non-refundable rate the hotel can charge the full amount as from the day the booking is made (full pre-payment at the time of booking). This is non-refundable and non transferable.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of Winbank Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Name, Contact information including phone and email, Demographic information such as postcode, address and booking details (dates, flight number ctr). Credit card information if reservation take place online (through our cooperating bank)

You accept that any entries you make to an on-site guest book, if available, will not contain personal information or details you would not want disclosed. Any entries containing personal details that may fall into GDPR may be removed and destroyed.
Taxes are included, apart from the city tax.

Minimum Payment Requirements are as follows:
- 30% of Total Cost within 5 days of the original booking
- 70% upon arrival
Flexible - 14 days
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
